After I had my daughter in 2013 a lot of people were asking me : how did you do it ? How did you lose all your baby weight so fast ? (I was back to my normal weight about 3-4 months after delivering).
Many think that there is an ultimate SECRET. But the thing is : there isn’t.
I was eating ‘normally’ again and I was taking long walks (an hour almost every day).
But what is normal ?
So while eating my dinner tonight, I thought I’d share with you my personal meals.
What do a nutritionist eat on a daily basis ?
Please understand that all bodies are different and you shouldn’t feel pressured to lose all the baby weight as fast as I did. Live a healthy life, exercise, enjoy this special bonding moment with your baby and follow your own path.

I do not pretend to be a pro in the kitchen, far from it. When I left my parents’ home, I only knew how to cook an egg at most. ah,…. and to make pancakes …. However, I grew up with Mediterranean flavors and references and I have learned to cook little by little over the years. I will not be sharing with you the best recipes ever but really what I eat myself, as Sofia, a Mediterranean, a person who has no weight problem but also as a nutritionist. And this will help you get a better idea of what a healthy person eats.
