I love sweet potato, but they said it’s fattening full of starch and carbohydrates, how true is the hearsay?
Sofia (Post author)
Hello Rosalia,
No food is fattening. It always depends of what we eat with it and how much. One medium size potato per meal is a very reasonable portion of starch.
