The Club's Classes

Class 1

Structure. What time are we supposed to eat supper ? Should we have snacks ? Can I eat bread and rice ? What if I feel like eating a dessert ? How can I control my cravings ? What is the best way to have a good metabolism ?
All these questions will be answered right from the first class of the program.

Class 2

Proteins. How many proteins am I supposed to eat? Do I eat enough of them? Am I absorbing them well? Should I use protein powder? What if I start exercising? What is a perfect portion of meat for me? What if I don't eat meats? All these questions will be answered during the second class of the program.

Class 3

Grocery shopping. How often should I do my grocery shopping? What should I buy? Am I buying enough fruit and vegetables. When can I eat red meat? How often? Should I be worried about mercury in my fish? Should I be eating eggs? What about cheese? Can I eat fatty cheese?

Class 4

Fats. How can I adjust my recipes to eat light ? How much fat should I get in my diet to have enough but still manage to lose weight? Is fat good for me ? What can I eat ? Can fats even be part of a healthy diet?

Class 5

Level of compliance evaluation. How often can we indulge? When should we care about the nutritional facts of our food and when is it ok not to. Are you applying all the previous concepts well enough? Are you getting the expected results? If not, why? What is happening? 

Class 6

Behavioral nutrition. What can I do to eat mindfully? How can I stop feeling guilty about eating just for the pleasure of it? How do people who seem to eat whatever they want do it? Is it possible to eat desserts, fries or ice cream and still lose weight? Class 6 along with all the others will change your life.

Class 7

Carbohydrates. Am I really not supposed to eat bread or carbohydrates in general anymore? Is it the only way to lose weight? What if I travel to France and feel like eating delicious fresh baguette? What about rice? What about fruits? What's all these no 'carb-diets' about? How come you say we CAN eat them?

Class 8

Vitamins & Minerals.What's important to know in a nutritional label? Is my favorite bread a good choice? Is it important to avoid cholesterol in food? How much fiber should i get from my cereal to consider it healthy? How much sugar is too much sugar in my yogurt? Am I getting enough vitamins and minerals in my diet?

    Please note that once you go through a class, the next one is available only 2 weeks after. The reason for this is that I want to make sure you have enough time to implement the newly acquired concepts.
    Also note that everything is accessible all year round (Sofia's counseling, community access, exercise page, food journals, photo submissions...). The classes explanation videos though are only available for 24 hours once started. This is important to make sure you have a minimum of pressure to do what needs to be done. (But It is possible, once in the club, to ask for a repeat.)

    Note: You have up to 10 days to decide if you are IN or you are OUT of the Club’s journey.
    Within those 10 days only 69$ will be retained.
