My passion: inspiring and helping you achieve healthy eating habits while making sure that you learn to appreciate the food you love without feeling guilty about it.
My job: explaining what your body specifically needs.
My goal: helping you make lifestyle changes that last and take your own decisions.

Education

I am not a ‘food coach’, I am a registred nutritionist. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in human nutrition, food and dietetic education from the faculty of Medicine of University of Montreal, Canada.  I have spent more than 5000 hours doing one on one consultations at my private clinic and have helped hundreds of people achieve a better life style.

Philosophy

There is a need for simplification in the field of nutrition. Although knowledge in the area of nutrition is so widely available and accessible, many people are not equipped to apply it efficiently.
You won’t be motivated to change your habits if you don’t understand why you have to, and that’s where I come in. I will systematically transfer my knowledge to you.  After the program one thing is for sure you will be a master of your nutrition.
