All you need to do is write down what you eat and drink in one typical day.
Do not forget to write the time of the day for each meal and snack and to give me an estimate of the serving size. (You can compare to objects: “I had half a cup of cooked white rice or I had white rice and my serving was comparable to a tennis ball“).
